Due to continuous losses, the company has decided to clear out inventory at a loss. Although the company is currently conducting an inventory clearance event, we will still provide return and refund services for eligible orders in accordance with this policy to protect consumers’ legal rights.

Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods should meet the following conditions:
The goods have not been intentionally or intentionally damaged;
The goods are in normal condition;
Original packaging and related accessories are included;

2. Non-Returnable Items

If your return request is approved:
The refund will be initiated after approval;
The refund will arrive within 3 business days;
The refund will be returned to the original payment account or payment method.
Actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.
4. Order Cancellation
For orders that have not yet been shipped, customers can contact customer service to apply for cancellation. After successful cancellation, the refund will be processed according to the normal refund procedure.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or damage during transportation, the relevant return shipping costs will be borne by us; if the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs may need to be borne by the customer (unless otherwise stipulated by law).
